Exciting Activations for the World in December, 2020

In a year when there have been so many challenges and interruptions in our lives, it is awesome to be able to share that there are some beautiful, inspired opportunities that stand before us.
It is also important to remember how important it is that we help one another when we can. If each of us reaches out to the people we know who could use some good news, who wish for resolutions and improvements, and would be empowered with some healthier approaches in their lives, we will be able to gather tons of people — and we are more powerful when we come together with a common purpose.
A TIME OF GLOBAL INTERRUPTION
We all know what it is like to be moving through the habitual routines of our lives, only to have that flow interrupted. This is exactly what happened in March of this year, when we were faced with a challenging interruption — a pandemic.
As soon as this inerruption took place, I put out a five-video series called “A Wake Up Call for the World,” in which I offer some practical ways to approach this interruption. My hope was to offer as many people as possible some simple ways to take advantage of having alone time would present.

THE AWAKENING SOUL
When we look at life from the perspective of the Soul, the primary purpose is to claim more and more of the Whole Self — revealed layer by layer as we show up to face our challenges. The more we learn to nurture ourselves through the events and experiences of our lives, the more we learn about love and value. On a Soul level, all events in our lives serve that purpose — helping us to discover what parts of Self (and one another) we know how to love and accept, and which facets of Self we have yet to claim.
Whenever we are faced with a challenge, such as the interruption of a pandemic, we have an opportunity to discover even more about ourselves than usual. Do we practice healthy choices that set us up well or are we still stuck in choices like distraction, protection, separation and hiding. Are we more ruled by love and value or by fear and shame. Each revelation gives us a chance to nurture whatever is out of balance or to deepen the parts that are already serving us.
In addition, when we show up to face our challenges, we end up developing qualities of Self, such as courage, compassion, perseverance, flexibility, etc.
TWO POWERFUL OPPORTUNITIES IN DECEMBER
The two events that are taking place in December of 2020 are highlights of this year, for sure. These are two energetic boosts of energy that can help us make great progress in our choices and in the development of our personal visions — the series of goals and priorities that we focus on and move toward in our daily lives.
1. Full Solar Eclipse on Monday, Dec 14
This is the ONLY full solar eclipse in 2020.
A solar eclipse creates a particular interruption of the energetic flow of our lives, intended to be an interruption of our mental patterns and directions, supporting us with a burst of high energy that is intended to encourage us onto some NEW PATHS — preferably paths that support our deepest priorities and interests. In order for that to happen, we need to spend some time evaluating and identifying what our true priorities are.
IF we are going to take advantage of this boost, it is important that we tune in and consciously decide what new directions we want to set in motion.
In short, our lives improve most powerfully when we make proactive choices.
Positive change doesn't magically happen TO us. This event will be much more powerful if you use it as a chance to impact your own life.
My suggestion is that you spend some time prior to this first event (or even in the week following) to sit down and write out some of your goals and priorities. For instance, you might discover that you want to spend time investing in closer relationships with friends or your partner, you might want to spend time exploring hobbies and pleasurable activities to balance out all of the time you have typically spent at work. Identify the areas of your life that have been out of balance or ignored.
Take the time to write down some of those goals and priorities. Then as close to Monday, December 14 as possible, read those intentions out loud. Hear yourself claim what is important to you. IF you choose, you can gather a group on skype or zoom and hold a safe space for each person to read their intentions out loud. While they are reading, send loving heart energy, imagining them creating the very kinds of experiences that each person is claiming.
Then… pass the word and tell as many people as possible about this event on Monday, December 21 - the Solstice, when the energy of changing cycles is already powerful.
2. A powerful planetary SHIFT into the Unity consciousness of Aquarius on Monday, December 21
Even if you know nothing about astrology, there are still shifts that take place in our lives, created by moving planets. Each planet has a particular archetype of energy and when those energies come together in rare moments and locations, they create a specific impact or acceleration of a particular focus.
In this case, the two biggest planets in the solar system -- Jupiter and Saturn -- are coming together on the first degree of Aquarius.
In order to understand the impact, let’s look at both of these planets.
Saturn is like a caring task master that serves the Soul curriculum of the lifetime we are in. The impact is like having a wise, old teacher who shows up to make sure you are facing the challenges that you need to claim next, rather than ignoring those lessons out of fear.
Jupiter is a planet that accelerates and expands our individual and collective lives. Wherever it focuses, that area of our lives is particularly highlighted and encouraged to grow or express. One of the moons of this planet also holds the energy of the Divine Plan for our evolving planet Earth.
When you combine these two planets, they accelerate the lessons that we need to face in order to move into the next stage or cycle of our evolution. In this case, we are a planet that is shifting some tremendous cycles. One of those shifts takes place every 2000 years. This shift from the Age of Pisces, when we have been focused on learning through duality, two sides, and exploring the ideals of what is possible… and move into the Age of Aquarius.
Aquarius has the archetypal energy of unity consciousness, that which serves the good of the whole. This activation of these two planets meeting up will take place on the first degree of Aquarius… setting the next stage in this evolutionary shift into motion.
Now, let’s look at how this old energy of duality — the opposition of two sides — has become blatantly apparent and accelerated in recent times. Just look to the governments of many countries, such as the United States, where the two political parties have almost completely lost site of working together, learning from many perspectives, to serve the good of the whole. Instead, there has been a “who will win” and “who will lose” mentality. One side seems to be more focused on defeating the other side that anyone seems to be focused on trying to serve the people.
Moving into the Age of Aquarius will bring more of our focus to the solutions that serve the good of the whole. However, NONE of this will happen magically. We all need to become aware and aligned with these new shifts. And that is what we will be focusing on in the FaceBook Live that I will be leading on Monday, December 21 at 1pm ET, 10am PT, 6pm GMT.
PREPARATION: For this event, continue to invest in your personal vision described above. In addition, begin to imagine the kinds of experiences you wish for people around the world. We will use those visions to enhance our group meditation on Dec 21.

With so much opposition and mistrust in the world, this energetic reminder that it is entirely possible to come together in mutual support is needed in a huge way. If the world is going to move toward unity consciousness, YOU and I need to do our part in choosing that reality in our daily lives, and in letting people know when there are opportunities to learn and grow… or to come together in events like this one.
If you are remotely concerned that this will not be effective for you, because you don’t know anything about astrology, just keep in mind that you don't need to understand electricity in order to plug something into the wall or turn on the lights in your room. The same is true for activating your goals and priorities toward a world that is more balanced and mutually supportive.
